Meet the Groomer and Founder of Howdy Pawtner

My name is Jessica Taylor and I have been in the pet industry for 6 years now. I started as a bather at Petsmart and then became a groomer at a private salon. I have been a groomer now for over 5 years. I have owned and grown up with dogs my whole life. I now own two miniature Australian shepherds, Olive and Fig Newton; and my bearded dragon Groot.

My love for animals is nothing new as I have cared and been around animals my whole life. As a pet owner myself I know first hand how scary it can be to trust your pet with someone else. However, I pride myself on building trust and caring for your pup as if it’s my own. My one on one approach creates a peaceful and calm environment that allows your pup to fully enjoy their spa day.

The pet grooming industry is always changing and as a groomer so must I. Continued education is very important to me as it not only allows me to learn new tips and tricks that can elevate your dogs experience, but it also allows me to safely care for your pet. I am CPR certified as well as numerous certifications on special handling for nervous or senior pets. I continue to take classes as you can never know too much on how to safely take care of a pet in your care!
